Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aeroofficial.vercel.app (the "Site") and any products or services offered by Aero, operated by Trooper Justin ("Aero", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases, and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf where required by law.

2.Not Affiliated

Aero is an independent, fan-run service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation, the developers of Emergency Response: Liberty County (ERLC), Discord Inc., or Google/YouTube. All trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.

3.Our Services

Aero offers paid memberships (Aero Pro, Aero Pro Gold) and one-time digital packs (including asset packs, liveries, and custom Discord bots) intended to help Roblox ERLC server owners set up and grow their communities. Products are digital goods delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment.

4.Purchases & Payment

Memberships are purchased through YouTube Memberships and billed by Google/YouTube under their own terms and payment systems. We do not process or store your payment details. After purchase, you must open a claiming ticket in our Discord support server to receive your product or membership perks.

5.Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, including memberships and one-time digital packs, once a claiming ticket has been opened or the product has been delivered.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our products fail to meet a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded, you may still be entitled to a remedy despite the "no refunds" position above.

6.Delivery

Digital products and membership perks are delivered by our team via a claiming ticket in our Discord support server, generally within a reasonable timeframe of purchase. Delays may occur outside our control (e.g. Discord or YouTube outages).

All content on the Site — including logos, graphics, liveries, and bot code — is owned by Aero or licensed to us, and is provided to you for personal/community use only upon purchase. You may not claim ownership of, resell, or redistribute purchased assets as your own product.

9.Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on Discord, YouTube/Google, and Roblox, each governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for outages, account actions, or content on those platforms.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, including loss of data, server downtime, or issues caused by third-party platforms (Discord, YouTube, Roblox). This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Discord server, memberships, or support if you breach these Terms, without affecting any rights already accrued.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
